The Livingston Business Improvement District (BID) is governed by a seven-member board.

The LBID Board meets on the third Thursday of each month (except July and December) at 8:30 am; unless prior arrangements have been made for alternate meeting dates. Meetings are held in our office in the Wilmont Building, 124 South Main Steet, Room 210 in Downtown Livingston.
