The Downtown Livingston Business Improvement District (LBID) is governed by a seven-member board.

The LBID Board meets the fourth Tuesday of every other month starting in January at 3:00 pm; unless prior arrangements have been made for alternate meeting dates. Meetings are at our office at 124 South Main Street, Suite 210 and hybrid via Zoom. If you would like to give public comment, be added to the agenda, or attend, please contact info@downtownlivingston.org at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
 

 If you are a building owner (or business owner who has been designated by their building owner as their representative) in the District and are interested in joining the board when there is a vacancy, you may fill out an application.
