Downtown Contractor Request for Proposals
NOW OPEN: Downtown Livingston Business Improvement District (LBID) Request for Proposals (RFP) for Downtown sidewalk garbage can emptying, graffiti removal, and Light Pole banner and snowflake light maintenance Independent Contractor for Contract Period 5/1/23 – 5/31/25.
Submission Deadline: April 20, 2023, work begins May 1, 2023.
Independent Contractors with experience in landscape and related maintenance within the Park County area are encouraged to send a Request for Proposal.
Take care of beautification and maintenance within the Downtown District, there is an LBID truck for contract work. Seasonal hours required range from up to 60 hour/month with daily work in the warm season, to up to 30 hours/month in the cool season.
